Each trainer at MASE Fitness is you number one advocate to better fitness and nutrition. Your wellness - is our success! We look at each session as an opportunity and we want only good things for you! We pride ourselves on keeping up with the latest exercising science and nutrition and focus our efforts on education and learning so we can better help each client. Small Group Personal Training has the benefit of affordable personal training but you will feel like it is a one-on-one session!
Every member of our staff has a unique speciality from Yoga, Nutrition, Strength, Health, and Stretch Coaching.
