Enhancing strength and wellness through expert-guided fitness training. We offer 13 weekly Small Group Personal Training Sessions. Each session is led by a Certified Personal Trainer. There is never more than 6 people per session. Expect unique formatting each week, elements of resistance, balance, and core exercises. You will never tire of the new and fresh workouts offered. Everyday of the week has its own focus. Monday and Thursday are upper body centered, Tuesday and Friday are lower body workouts, and Wednesday and Saturday the focus is on cardio and core resistance training. Monthly $100 - 8 sessions, $150 - 12 sessions, or drop in for 1 personal training session $25!
