Meet Coach Valerie Swearingen. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach, who is dedicated to helping individuals create sustainable, long term lifestyle changes that improve both how they look and how they feel. She believes that nutrition plays a foundational role in overall health, performance, confidence, and quality of life.

Her passion for health and fitness is personal. She has experienced the challenges of weight gain firsthand and understands how frustrating, discouraging, and overwhelming that journey can feel. She has lived the, “ I don’t know where to start, I’ve tried everything, and nothing seems to work”, and with that experience it has shaped her perspective and strengthened her commitment to learning how to properly fuel the body, train with purpose, and build sustainable habits. It also gave her a deeper understanding of the struggles many of you may face.

Valerie specializes in guiding clients through realistic, structured programs that focus on building healthy habits rather than quick fixes. Her approach is centered on daily movement, education, accountability, and consistency. She works closely with each client to create strategies that fit their lifestyle and ensures the process is sustainable and achievable.

Fitness is more than just exercise, it’s about developing habits that support your goals inside and outside of the gym. While training is essential, true transformation begins with proper nutrition, mindset, and daily discipline. When these elements work together, lasting results follow.
